Dr Kerry Summerscales, CSM highly qualified Specialist GP with 30+ years’ experience in the Australian Army and medical settings. As a result of her service, she prides herself on being a strong advocate for Veterans’ health, wellbeing and educating clinicians in these arenas. Her other work-related passions are Aviaton Medicine and early skin cancer detection.

Aviation medicine is not only an interesting area of Medicine, but again Doc Kerry and her team want to promote health and keep people engaged in what they love to do! Doc Kerry admires the skill involved in aviation and space travel and does not want to stop you flying - she just wants to make sure you do so safely! With

Doc Kerry and her team are passionate about an open and pre-surgical approach to skin cancer detection. Although Doc Kerry is non-procedural at the moment, if the non-surgical approach is not appropriate, she has many colleagues she will refer to.

With teamwork and holistic care at the heart their care, Doc Kerry and her team are so excited to be working with Ms Alice Ruddell at Empower Health and Physiotherapy - A powerhouse within her own right, and also a clinician who wants to spend those few extra minutes to find out more about the person in front of them!
